Anthony Bronaugh Sr., M.Ed., BCBA, is a seasoned educator, licensed behavior analyst, and passionate advocate for inclusive excellence in education and behavior consulting. Based in Sylvania, Ohio, Anthony holds dual licensure as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Michigan. With over two decades of leadership in education, Anthony brings a depth of experience as a high school and elementary principal, assistant principal, dean of students, and special education teacher specializing in severe behaviors.
Anthony earned his Bachelor of Education in English and a Master’s in Administration and Supervision from the University of Toledo, where he also completed thesis coursework toward a second Master’s in Special Education with a focus on severe behaviors. In 2019, he completed his BCBA coursework at the University of North Texas.
His career in behavior analysis began at Centria Healthcare in Southern Michigan in 2017, where he worked as a Behavior Technician before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, continuing until 2021. He has since served as a BCBA at both Hopebridge Autism Center and Gateway Pediatrics in Toledo, Ohio. In 2021, Anthony launched AB Education & Behavior Consulting LLC, with a mission to empower students, educators, and organizations to operate at their highest potential. Through his firm, he provides strategic consulting services to charter schools, childcare centers, and community organizations.
Anthony also brings experience as a higher education instructor, having taught Cultural Linguistics and Diversity and Instructional & Assistive Technology at Bowling Green State University. His leadership extends into community service through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. (Toledo Alumni Chapter), where he has been an active member since 1997.
